COVERALLS ARE SIZED ACCORDING TO WAIST SIZE, NOT CHEST SIZE. ORDER ACCORDING TO YOUR CHEST SIZE (YOUR CHEST SIZE COULD BE LARGER THAN THE COVERALL THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR WAIST SIZE.
For example, you could have a 42 inch chest and a 34 inch waist.  In this case, you should order a size 38
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ORDER A 56, THE WAIST SIZE WILL BE 56 INCHES, ETC.
PLS EMAIL FOR ANY HELP NEEDED WITH SIZING.
If you will be wearing clothing underneath, we suggest you measure your waist size while wearing the clothing from the outside for the most accurate sizing.  If this is not possible, then consider going up one size.
Longs are 2 inches longer than regulars in body, sleeves, and legs.
Regulars are recommended for those 5’4″ to 5’7″. (Regulars have a 31 inch inseam, plus or minus 1 inch)
Longs are recommended for those 5’7″ to 6’2″. (Longs have a 33 inch inseam, plus or minus 1 inch and are 1 1/2 inches longer in the body and sleeves than a regular)

Fabric
: Westex 100% cotton, ammonia cured flame-resistant twill is self-extinguishing when removed from a flame or heat source.
Applications
:
Multi-purpose protection from electric arc, flash fire, molten ferrous
metal and welding exposures. Not intended for use against chemical
exposures or near molten aluminum, magnesium, zinc, or in high static
control situations.
Protection level
: Secondary
protective clothing where intermittent exposure to molten substance
splash, radiant heat, and flame is possible.  ATPV of 7.7 cal/cm².
Garment life
: For 36-50 washings. Flame resistance is for the life of the garment.
Processing
: DO NOT WASH WITH CHLORINE BLEACH, STARCHES, SOFTENERS, AND OTHER ADDITIVES, as this will wash out the flame-resistant finish.
