on the top of the front cover the stamp of the tsarist times of the Riga Stock Exchange Committee (in German),
scuffs of the binding and spine, slight deformation of the back cover of the binding, minor defects, traces of time (see pictures).
At the beginning of the set is the Alphabetical Index to “Navigator’s Notes” for 1889 on 173 pages, then there are
the “Navigator’s Notes”
with a detailed description of the amendment to be supplemented with an indication of its coordinates
(width and longitude)
and tables
with the numbers and names of maps to be corrected (not included in the general pagination)
at the end of each issue.
There are 12 issues in total, No. 1 – 12, with end-to-end pagination on
722 pages.
“LOTSMANSKIYE ZAMETKI”, published before 1913 by the Main Hydrographic Department of the Maritime Ministry
weekly, in addition to sailing directions. In the “Pilot Notes” information about changes in navigation conditions, fairways,
lights, removal and setting of lighthouses, signs, stations, the discovery of new rocks and shallows, about ships sunk in fairways,
about floating
ice, etc. This information was printed about the seas of the whole world, indicating which maps, directions and
other navigational publications they
apply, for the appropriate correction. At the end of each issue of “Pilot Notes” there was
a list
of maps,
subject to correction, according to the number of the general catalog, indicating the number of the related news.
Since 1913, the main
the hydrographic department publishes the same notes under the title “News to the Navigators”.

и трёхсторонним тонированным пепельным обрезом. Комплектный экземпляр.

, чистый блок без каких-либо
дефектов, в верху передней обложки печать царского времени Рижского Биржевого Комитета (на немецком языке),
потёртости переплёта и корешка, небольшая деформация задней крышки переплёта, мелкие дефекты,
следы времени (смотри картинки).
В начале комплекта Алфавитный Указатель Лоцманским Заметкам” за 1889 г. на 173 стр., затем идут сами “Лоцманские Заметки”
с подробным описанием подлежащего к дополнению изменения с указанием его координат (ширины и долготы) и таблицами
с номерами и названиями карт, подлежащих исправлениям (не включённых в общую пагинацию), в
конце каждого выпуска.
Всего 12 выпусков, №№ 1 – 12, со сквозной пагинацией на 722 стр.
“ЛОЦМАНСКИЯ ЗАМЕТКИ”,
издавались до 1913 года главным гидрографическим управлением морорского министерства
еженедельно, в дополнение к лоциям. В “Лоцманских Заметках” печатались сведения об изменении условий плавания, фарваторов,
огней, снятии и постановке маяков, знаков, станций, открытии новых скал и мелей, о затонувших на фарваторах судах, о плавающих
льдах и т. п. Сведения эти печатались о морях всего мира, с указанием, к каким картам, лоциям и др. навигационным изданиям они
относятся, для соответстветствующего исправления. В конце каждого выпуска “Лоцманских Замаметок” помещался список карт,
подлежащих исправлению, по №№ общего каталога, с указанием №№ относящихся к ним известий. С 1913 года главное
гидрографическое управление издает те же заметки под заглавием: “Известия мореплавателям”.
