Our USB-powered external hard drive duplicators are completely standalone units that can duplicate a USB-powered external hard drive to multiple USB-powered external hard drives in a single touch of a button. Returns & Warranty
Returns for refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To receive an RMA number, please contact us by eBay message.
Non-defective returns will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% from item purchase price, excluding any shipping and handles charges.
